Rotating Paul Evans Studio pieces from the 1960s - 1970s. A metalworker, Evans had ties to Cranbrook, a studio in New Hope, Pennsylvania and a Manhattan showroom he shared with Phillip Lloyd Powell.
Art & sculpture by Robert Sestok, a 2017 Kresge Arts Fellow. Sestok has been creating art since 1967 in Cass Corridor near his City Sculpture Park.
Exhibiting works by Harry Bertoia and The Bertoia Foundation. Harry Bertoia moved to Detroit in 1930 and attended Cranbrook Academy of Art 1937-1943.
Showing works by self-taught furniture designer, Phil Powell, who incorporated found objects he acquired on his frequent travels into his works. Powell created less than a 1000 pieces in his lifetime.
